US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Please allow 2-3 business days for handling original artwork. Shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, but during holiday season, it could be between 5-10 business days for shipping. Shipping times are up to the carrier, though. If a package is late or delayed, we apologize on behalf of the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us via contactmagikartstudio@gmail.com within 48 hours in order to have a replacement shipped out at no additional cost to you.

Currently, we are only shipping within the United States. Thank you for your understanding.

RETURNS

RETURN COST

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at contactmagikartstudio@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you'll be responsible for shipping the item back.

30 DAYS TO RETURN

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us, at contactmagikartstudio@gmail.com. We will be happy to replace it. NOTE: You must send a picture of the damaged item within 48 hours to be eligible for a return.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
